That's not a standard QUERTY keyboard. None of the rows on my keyboard
start with ~, nor do any of them end with it. As well-intended those
instructions are, they're wasted on anyone without the ability to
correctly operate their keyboard, a device that has somehow bee used by
millions of people around the world for tens of years.
