Perhaps not directly. But conversely I have never seen you say that
frames are not suitable for general use (I'm willing to be proved
wrong).
And anyone who recommends *not* using frames gets cried down with shouts
of "Heretic!" (yes, I'm exaggerating :-). Therefore you are indirectly
recommending them.
