Yeah, true. I meant more that it'll push Adobe into being a little more
creative with the technology they have acquired - if they just sit
around without some decent innovation in the authoring tools the likes
of Microsoft Sparkle could end up mopping the floor with them in the
long term. It'll be a while until a significant number of users have
even upgraded to Flash 8, let alone 8.5 or Metro.
