Is your SQL server SQL 2000 Standard Edition or the MSDE?
Can you check if SQL is in "Mixed Mode"? Windows Authentication and SQL
authentication.
Also, some installs of the Black Berry software use an "instance" of SQL.
Was the install done this way?
