Judging by the HTTP headers of your site (as mentioned in the original
post), there's no indication of what server software they're using
(Server header isn't passed).
I just checked the Yahoo! hosting FAQ, and they mention that .htaccess
files cannot be uploaded to your account.

If I were you, I'd check with Yahoo! tech support about what you can
specifically do on this matter.
