A small addition:
Replacing the copy command with exec('copy d:\localweb\copytest\*.*
v:\copytest2\*.*' ) doesn't work either. When I issue the same command from
the DOS-prompt (copy d:\localweb\copytest\*.* v:\copytest2\*.*), it works...
