I would become a ski instructor ;-) Do you live in the Rockies? Dude, get
out there and enjoy, I love that area. Especially those little places that
are forgotten by the city folk. A-basin is the best.
Also try: www.rentacoder.com , I have no experience with that, but it may
help.
I work on a site www.friars.co.nz, you could develop something like that for
the tourism trade in Colorado.
