To display it is going to be fairly easy with PHP and MySQL. Here's the algorithm I'd use:
 
 $sql = "SELECT * FROM table_name";
 $result = mysql_query($sql);
 
 while($row = mysql_fetch_array($result)){
 echo your table structure along with each field you need displayed
 }
