You can try this PHP framework if it works for you. This is an MVC
framework patterned after Rails. Not really fully implemented yet, but
its basic features are working. I have also included a sample blog
application for you to try it out.

There are only certain requirements you need to consider:
1. You need to have PHP 5.x
2. Enable mod_rewrite for Apache 1.x/2.x
3. MySQL Server
