Check the $result[0]->record_entered variable, change it to normal text
, using http://www.4webhelp.net/us/timestamp.php

Of anything, i suggest that you don't use <?= , etc. use ONLY <?php
echo (date()); ?>

Just print_r the $result array !

Seems that the server is somewhere far away from where you live :)
