Well I'm afraid that outside the online materials, there're no other
resources around, some books devote a couple of pages to smarty but
nothing more.
I've a book project that I have been trying to sell to a spanish
publisher for the past year, but right now I'm very dissapointed as
basically I had to pay to get it published. Maybe there's too little
interest for a publisher in making a book on smarty.
