Hi! I'm trying to convert some XML into PHP, using xml_parse() and other
PHP functions.

When I convert, I loose special characters from my native language
(Spanish), such as á, é, í, ó, ú and ñ. The result shows these
characters as Ã, ñ, é ...

Is there any way to keep the native characters?
