Thanks for your repy!

I've tried with mod_rewrite rewrite rules but the extension is not
installed on the server, it ignores the .htaccess settings.

As for the "?", yes, I still have it as a option, but I'm avoiding it
because I call this dynamic image on forums etc. that ignore the [IMG]
tag if the link contains "?" :(
