I want Google Earth to open placemark (KML), and found the solution to add
this line to my PHP code

header ("Content-Type: Application/vnd.google-earth.kml+xml kml");

Well, it's does not work as planned. Now when opening the URL
(http://www.nicolette.dk/borderbase/google/gearth.php) downloading of the
php files starts instead.
