Plato,

Does C:\PHP\ext\php_mysql.dll exist?
Next are you using MySQL 4.0 and under or are you using MySQL 4.1+?
If you are using MySQL 4.1+ you need to be using php_mysqli.dll

For the most part that error message is telling you that the extension
does not exist in that directory. It seems you have successfully
installed PHP just not the MySQL extension.
