What would you recommend for a robust PHP editor?

I'd like to have as many features as possible:
- debugger
- syntax check
- DB integration
- color coding script
- html generation
- etc.

Of course, free and reliable is good, but I'm willing to pay for a robust
development environment.

Anyone?
