Try this:

select a.* from table_1 a left outer join
(
select SSN, TITLE, LOCATION
from table_1
where ssn = ('322', '536', '258', '478', '861')
and title = 'EX'
and location = 'DALLAS' ) b on a.ssn=b.ssn -- assuming that ssn is a
unique key
where a.ssn = ('322', '536', '258', '478', '861')
