It's a stretch to interpret "from the form on my site, and not
auto-submitted from elsewhere" can be interpreted as "by a real user
and not by a bot." The construction "from elsewhere" is locative. We
don't use it to signify a different instrument or measure. In the
context of the original statement it clearly means "a form on a
different site" (as opposed to "the form on my site").
