It is in 7.0/2000/2005.

Always tell us what version you are using.

What does "can't get this working" mean? Error message? Wrong result?
Please post some code to reproduce the problem.

Whenever possible please post enough code to reproduce your problem.
Including CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements usually helps.
State what version of SQL Server you are using and specify the content
of any error messages.
