I've been searching for the same thing. So far it looks like I will
be starting off with the basic PayPal basic with NO startup fees, NO
monthly fees but a per transaction fee plus a percentage of the
amount. If volume grows to the point where the monthly fee is
cheaper you can always convert your account over.
