Hello,
I am looking to create a dynamic site for a local charity including
regular news updates and a forum.
I have dabbled in php and am interested in a php-based CMS.
What is the relationship between php-nuke and postnuke?
Are they both current, active systems?
Do they both utilise phpBB?
