 The easiest thing I did to get all of that up and running was install the
 WAMP server.
 You can download it at http://www.wampserver.com/en/, just about everything
 is configured for you, Apache 2, MySQL 5, PHP 5. I have that running with
 WinXP SP2 and I have no problems with it at the moment. It's running just
 fine.
