Well, there are special finger bandages you can get from the
chemist (your "drug store"?). Basically it is a long roll of
tubed material. There is a plastic thingy you can buy that fit
over the digit and you roll the bandage down and up it, after
each up, you twist the bandage and go down and up again. Given
your frequent references to your lower parts, and the usual
condition that this indicates, I would say that finger bandage
would fit you very nicely.
