Err.., yes, wikipedia is a wiki.
AllMyFaqs (back when it was allmyfaqs.com) was originally set up by
Jerry Muelver as a wiki; if you check older versions using archive.org,
you will find on its entry page that it was describes as "A wiki
experiment in community website collaboration on FAQs for HTML, CSS,
PHP, CGI, Perl, mySQL, XML, JavaScript, etc."
Actually, even the new site still has a couple of pages that still claim
the site is a wiki, even though it's not:

<http://allmyfaqs.net/faq.pl?Intro_and_Tour>
What happened was that after a spate of wiki-spam and vandalism, Jerry
locked down the editing of the site for awhile. Eventually, he just lost
interest in the project and let the domain expire
