Tables may be nested inside other tables, in a <td>. All the parts are
required: <table>, <tr>, <td>.
Floating the tables, though, is the preferred method.

Then we probably cannot help you very much.
Take some tutorials on HTML. Then other tutorials on CSS (Cascading
StyleSheets).
