 One addition:
 
 On most routers you CANNOT use that adres:
 http://123.12.23.30/myGreatApp/index.php
 
 which can be a little confusing.
 
 If you want to test if your setup works as expected, just use the
 proxy-server of your ISP. Just go to your browser, set that proxy, then
 test if the adres works.
