I asked and they will not - they are a huge host and do not take on these
tasks unfortunately.

Thanks!! My directory and file sizes looks similar.
Wen I run:
$ aspell -a
aspell: error while loading shared libraries: /lib/libaspell.so.15: file too
short
$ aspell --version
aspell: error while loading shared libraries: /lib/libaspell.so.15: file too
short
/lib/libaspell.so.15 is similar in size to yours.
