I think maybe you have got something jumbled here. You are
perhaps, confusedly, referring to this Fred as being a known
devil?
Non-anonymity is a prized Jukka K. Korpela trait. So this will
look unfair. Perhaps you meant something else, that it is the
temptation of keyboard (and therefore faceless) communication...
This would apply (in perhaps varying quantities) to realNamed and
realEmailAddressed folk as well as the others.
Real earthlings with realNames in this jungle are interesting
beings. It is, prima facie, a mark of some courage and honesty.
It is usually an inhibiting factor, making the owner responsible,
moderate and fair. And not too provocative (so that he or she
will not be hunted down and dragged into an Abu Ghraib type of
situation). But it can also be a disinhibiting factor for reasons
too complicated for now. I know you all want me to go on about
this but really, what has this to do with html or css?
