Is this site a true forum, or does it simply feed a newsgroup?

If the latter, then you're out of luck - nothing you can do once it's out on
Usenet.

If it's a true forum - self-contained, then contact the site admin. If they
give you a hassle, then get a lawyer and issue a "Cease & Desist" order
based on Copyright violation. And be aware that you may just have to go to
court to get the material removed.
