Thanks Lorento,
I took your advice and downloaded XAMMP and extracted Pear directory
and put it in my path so I have a lot of Pear now which is what I
wanted. My laptop is running LAMP so my only issue left now is how to
add a package that is not in XAMMP for an offline laptop.
Is there really not a bundled together pear-all.tar.gz somewhere online
?
