Does your webhosting have admin panel? Usually you can use phpmyadmin
at admin panel. From phpmyadmin you can easily import your data.

If there is no phpmyadmin you can upload your sql dump into your
server. And from ssh sell type this:

mysql -u username -p databasename < sqldata.sql
