Without looking further at e-mail validation, adjust:
"/text.*?([A-Z0-9._%-]+@[A-Z0-9._%-]+\.[A-Z]{2,6})/i"
to:
"/^text(:?.*?([A-Z0-9._%-]+@[A-Z0-9._%-]+\.[A-Z]{2,6}))*/i"

Note that your regex will think .@..xx a valid email-adress.
