Did you EVER have an account? Did you pay your bill? With a valid
credit card or other payment method? Have you been posting SPAM?
Note that not all web sites enable your account 0.05 seconds from
the time you click on the page where you enter payment details.

It's not the job of a PHP group to advise you on how to break into
a site. One thing that may be required, though, is to enable
cookies. I couldn't even get to the signup page without that.
