One way may be to prevent the update of the database (or flat file)
after the form is submitted, for example, roughly

if (
((substr_count($name, 'ronaldino')==0))

AND ((substr_count($email, '.br')==0))

AND ((substr_count($message, 'football')==0))
AND ((substr_count($message, 'fifa')==0))
){
/*update database or write to file*/
}
