Sorry if I've posted this to the wrong place !!

Win 2003 running IIS.
Mercury Mail
PHP
Perl

I would like to be able to automate file downloads from remote sites.

Either by filling in a form with the full URL, or emailing the details
to my server. (even if this requires a new address to be setup)

The idea is to send the details, as above, and have the server
download the file and place it in a folder...

Any Ideas if this can be done ??
