That would be this line:

"3=Und Gott sprach: Es werde Licht! Und es ward Licht."

PHP help says:

"Characters {}|&~![()" must not be used anywhere in the key and have a
special meaning in the value."

So it's the ! that's causing your problem. I don't know what "special
meaning" it has here, though. :(
