Hi,
I am having problems with the installation of osCommerce and would
like you guys to help out.
1) I couldn't change the permission for configure.php file because i am
running on the window xp platform. I don't have a unix platform nor a
linux platform on my computer therefore those are out of the question.

Although i did try to change the permission to read file/read
attribute and so on and so forth but i doesn't seem to work at all. The
error that the index file is generating is only that it is able to
write to configure.php therefore I must change the permission file.

2) I couldn't understand what is define('text') in regards to language.
Where and what do i have to change

Why isn't my osCommerce running at all. There are only errors generated
up. I couldn't log in or create a new account. Could any one please
help. Thank you so much..........
