Probably. Alas, this is a technical newsgroup, and not very many here
may be able to deal workplace problems.
But you could see it from the positive side: you get to work with some
technology that is new to you, and which also makes your more
competitive on the market than just Access. You should request to get
the proper training to be able to tackle your new responsibilities.
