No, it means nothing like that at all :)

Luckily I work in this area, so I know what GIS means! GIS is short for
Geographical Information Systems, so it would appear that they propose a
system of selling items with a build-in mapping facility, presumably
showing the location of the seller (or something else) on a map image.
