Why would you want to do that ?

You mean "SUM(optzalpak) FROM inserted" or "SUM(optzalpak) FROM PODACI"
?
In other words, you want the sum of the values inserted in that
statement or the sum of all values from the table (for the affected
"sifrob") ?
