I have installed also SQLEXPR_TOOLKIT.EXE. Now I see "SQL Server
Business Intelligence Development Studio" in the Start menu with a
link to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe" - but I do not have such file. What should I
do? Please help
