It's easy enough to charge for work that takes several hours but how do
people here charge for small items that come along? Do you have a
maintenance contract to catch all these small bits and pieces or do you
charge for them individually?
Are there things you don't charge for? (reading email etc.)
Finally does anyone have or know of any software solutions for keeping
track of jobs, large or small?
Just trying to get a feel for how others do this.
