There are 3 good options at the moment.

1. Bugzilla (made by the mozilla boys)
2. Mantis (made by, erm some php boys)
3. Eventum (made by the mysql boys)


I've used all three, and my least favorite is Bugzilla, and my most
favorite is Mantis. Eventum I don't know as well, but it looks good
too.

Go for Mantis I reacon :)
