Ok, open up start menu/programs/admin tools/services
(you must be logged in as administrator). there listed is every service
thats avilable, you can right click on an item and enable/disable it,
also under the same place on the start menu is event viewer, that has a
lot of helpful info regarding problems starting services, if you think
your mail server should running, reboot the pc then look at event
viewer for any errors relating to it.
