I would like to use a "target" attribute in my xhtml 1.1 document and,
if I understand correctly, I can do this if I add the target module.
However I have never used any module before and can't figure out how to
do this.

Am I on the right track?

(If so) how do I add module foo to my xhtml 1.1 document?
