I'm looking for one that does basically the same as the demo on the
www.phpfox.com website .. Something that will allow me to setup a member
profile membership area that would allow members to add photos and and a
profile.

Phpfox looks ideal, but the owned license for the script it a little over
budget for me. Its $300 !!

I'll check out the one you suggested in the meantime.
