OK, if you have the permission that's something different. but it still
would be useful to post a URL. Perhaps there are named anchors in the
site so you can take Andy's advice? Or the header is in one <div>-tag so
you can use JavaScript to change it's style to display:none? But without
knowing the page I can just guess...
