*shudder* FrontPage is the worst of the so-called WYSIWYG editors. Throw
it away *now*.

It will be easier to start again than to try and clean up the mess it
calls HTML.

Ideally, learn HTML and CSS and hand-code your site.

If you *really* want to use a WYSIWYG editor, try Nvu -

There is no such thing[1].

[1] At a rough guess I'd suggest that perhaps Weblint wants to be run
with the -x parameter to tell it to ignore such "extended" markup, but
whether that is the case or not, ditch it.
