Indeed! I've never eaten much at the best of times. I've generally only
eaten twice a day, but recently, I've only eaten once a day. This is
great for the budget, but not for the body! In the last 6 months, my
indoor climbing performance has dropped by 7 Australian grades - an
absolutely enormous amount. Why could that be?!!

I am off to dinner now. In light of this conversation, I'll eat an
extra poppadom!!
