For their sake I think we should give up case sensitivity altogether.
Their impressionable minds shouldn't be expose to this crazy notion
that same-letter identifiers are as mutually distinguishable as
identifiers of different letter sequences. Having thisThing and
THISTHING in the same program is unnatural. It undermines the whole
institution of the alphabet.
